SPD Cancellation Policy

This is a season-long commitment that runs from November 27 through June 7.

Payments

Online auto-payments will be divided into six equal installments of $60/month; we do not charge less for short months or more for long months. Payment will be processed on the 1st day of each month for six consecutive months, beginning December 1, 2023, with the last payment processed on May 1, 2024.

General Cancellation Policy

A 30-day notice is required to cancel billing and participation in training. Cancellation requests submitted fewer than 30 days before the next billing date will result in a final payment on the next billing date. 

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to hapor@spdtrainingsystems.com

It is your responsibility to provide written notice 30 days in advance of your next billing date. There will be no refunds issued once a payment has been processed. Thank you for your understanding.

Covid-19 Related Cancellations

In the event that an athlete experiences these symptoms flagged by the CDC: fever, vomiting, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of breath, headache, and smell and taste disturbance, please let us know via email hapor@spdtrainingsystems.com  

The athlete must then refrain from participation in SPD strength program for 10 days. 

At the end of the 10 days, re-assess the athlete’s health.

If the athlete cannot resume training, refund will be given based on how many sessions were missed during that billing cycle.

If a training facility has to close because of a mandated shut-down or other Covid-related issue:

Auto payments will be paused.

Parents will have the choice of 1) a refund for prepaid sessions unable to be conducted due to closure, or 2) a credit for when the facility re-opens and training resumes.
